Centre for Fathering Ltd (CFF) collects personal data on this site solely to run the Charity Golf 2026 event and to meet our obligations as an IPC charity. This notice explains what we collect and why, under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What we collect

Donors: full name, email, mobile number, and, only if you request the 250% tax deduction, your NRIC, FIN or UEN, which we must submit to IRAS for the deduction to apply. Payment card and PayNow details are handled by Stripe and never reach our systems.

Golfers and dinner guests: name, email, optional mobile number, dietary requirement, meal attendance, and shirt size for golfers, used only to run the event (catering, buggies, shirts).

Consent choices

Newsletter, fundraising and programme updates are separate opt-ins. Leaving them unticked has no effect on your registration, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Retention

Identification numbers are encrypted, released only to CFF Finance for receipting and IRAS submission, and purged within 3 months after the event. Dietary and shirt data is purged 1 month after the event. Contact details are kept only where you have opted in.
